TONE IT UP TREADMILL WORKOUT

Since we're all staying home, I'm sharing my favorite at home workouts! Yoga, running, toning - everything you need to feel good.

If you have a treadmill and need a good ass kicking, this Tone It Up treadmill workout will do it. I discovered this workout after my first baby was born. I’ve been doing it for 5 years and it’s STILL SO HARD.

TONE IT UP

I started doing Tone It Up workouts after having my first baby over 5 years ago. They’re still some of my favorite at home workouts. They’re quick and pack a punch.

YOGA WITH ADRIENE

Yoga With Adriene is hands down the best at-home yoga available, and IT’S FREE. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, there’s something for you.

PELOTON APP

No, you DON’T need a Peloton bike to use the Peloton app!

If you follow me on Instagram and have watched my Stories, chances are you’ve seen my Peloton app workouts. I’ve been doing a LOT of the running workouts on the treadmill, while adding a bootcamp workout in a few times a week.
