My life is complete. YOU GUYS. I found a way to be comfortable, cozy and dressy all at the same time.
Don’t get me wrong. I love getting all festive, dressed up and going to parties. But, I also love (probably more) getting into my favorite sweater and getting all cozy. Well, I’ve figured out a way I can do both.
I love this skirt. It’s a different silhouette for me – generally I choose either mini/pencil skirts or a nice A line, but this is more of a bubble shape. I love it. The thicker fabric is perfect for tucking in a chunky sweater. (And, pockets!). UPDATE: I’ve linked some other skirts that would work well with a chunky sweater in the widget below!
These booties are probably the most worn item in my closet. I’ve had them for about 5 years, and I don’t plan on getting rid of them anytime soon. They’re my go-to when I want to be dressy and cute, but still warm and not “too much.” They’re great with skinny jeans, too. I’ve linked a couple similar pairs below.
And if you’re looking for THE perfect opaque tights, you just can’t beat this pair. Hands down the best.
Don’t be afraid to mix it up a little different for your next holiday party. And if you can be cute and cozy, do it!
