Happy Saturday, sweet friends! This Sweet Edit post is a day late and if you’re following along on my Instagram Stories, you know why. 

Thursday afternoon I pulled something in my neck or strained something in my shoulders or did something to something, because it hurts a whole lot. 

Honestly, I’ve been working out more than I have in long time. Why? Because it feels so good and this is the first time in my adult life that I haven’t had extreme pain from fibroids. Since I don’t know when (if?) they’ll return, I’ve been trying to take full advantage. 

I’ve been feeling SO much gratitude for my body these days. Maybe it’s seeing it grow and birth 2 little humans, but MAN. I want to take care of it and be nice to it so it lasts me a long time. 

So, today’s post is all about inspiration and gratitude.
