Happy Sunday Sweet Edit, sweet friends! It’s a snowy, cold day in Chicago, which means we will probably venture out for a little bit and spend the rest of the day in our coziest clothes and watch 90’s movies with the kids. Perfect.

The blog has been quiet this month – I’ve been taking a little break from it. Stay tuned because I have some fun beach vacation posts coming!

Stay warm!

The Weekend Reset: Navigating Cravings The Sober Mom Life

In early sobriety, you will get cravings. It’s going to happen. They might pop up in the daily pattern of your life or within the rituals of the holiday season. But you don’t have to panic. In today’s Weekend Reset we’ll prepare you to face those cravings when they arise. Here’s the truth – wanting a drink and having a drink are two very different things. Having a concrete plan in place to navigate yourself through that short moment of craving will help you achieve what you truly want – freedom in sobriety. Community makes all the difference.
