Holy throwback! Here I am in 2008 getting the “grace” tattoo.
This was about an hour after the treatment. It was very swollen (like a puffy sticker – ha) and was sore to the touch. As you can see, it hasn’t faded much. She said the laser “loosens” it up and then over the next 6 weeks my body will absorb some of the ink.
Really appreciate you being so willing to share this info… the first time one of my kids said “mommy I like the sticker on your back can I have one?” Was the day I knew they had to go!! Thank you for sharing the cost. Sounds totally reasonable and worth it!!
I’m Suzanne Warye, a mom, writer, and podcaster who ditched alcohol in 2020 and never looked back—now I’m here to help other moms break free from Mommy Wine Culture and find the joy (and really good mocktails) in sobriety!

Haha I can totally see my middle girl saying that! So glad the post was helpful. 🙂
Thank you for sharing this! I have thought about getting a lot of mine removed as well! I will keep all of this in mind!
Hi! I am looking into the Pico removal and would love to see your progress if you could! Thank you!
