Less than two weeks until Christmas. Are you ready? Are your halls? (I mean, your livingroom.) If not, don’t worry. There’s still time to spruce it up a bit. (Ha. Get it?) And maybe the best part is there are SO many festive home decor finds that are currently on sale. (See? Procrastination totally works.)

In my normal every day life, I’m not very traditional. But for some reason, this time of year I want to be BAAAA-SIC. When it comes to Christmas, give me all the plaids and red and green. I don’t go overboard, but I definitely want my home to look, sound and smell festive.

As with most things in my #momlife, it’s gotta be simple. So, here are 5 simple ways to deck the halls….

Blankets + throw pillows. Done and done.

This easy to make Christmas potpourri from 2 years ago. It makes the whole house smell like Christmas.

Swap out your boring mugs for Christmas mugs. They’ll make your coffee taste better. Promise.

Get Christmas crafty! (I mean SIMPLE crafts. Nothing crazy.)

The tree, You’ve just gotta have the tree.

So, tell me. What’s your favorite simple way to deck the halls??

Love how you decorated. I have been wanting to get some pillows and throws just for Christmas. It feels more festive to change simple things out this time of year.
