I hope you had a wonderful weekend! My weekend was all about quality time with my little family. <3 Ok, you guys know how much I love comfort. But, sometimes Mama’s just gotta get dressed up. It’s a necessity once in a blue moon. And when I do, chances are I’m going to wear my blue suede shoes.

Do you have a something that makes you feel like your “old self” the instant you put it on? (If not, find out what it is ASAP. For real.)

My love of neutrals + everything denim has been very well documented. But I also love adding a pop of color with my shoes, and these babies are my favorite.

This denim jacket is also one of my trusty favorites. I bought it over 5 years ago and I still wear it just as much as I did back then. You can’t go wrong with a good ol’ denim jacket. Much like a leather bomber jacket, it’s a classic. Since mine is old, I’ve linked below some other denim jackets that I’m loving now. This one from Forever 21 proves that it doesn’t have to break the bank.

And of course, REISS comes through again. This short sleeve sweater is lightweight enough for summer (and it’s a NEUTRAL SWEATER, so I don’t even have to go any further.)
