I hope you had a fun and safe 4th of July! I shared a bit about mineon my Instagram yesterday, but in case you missed it… I had my first sober 4th of July and it was hands down my favorite ever.
I wouldn’t normally drink a lot on the 4th (you know, being in charge of little humans and all), but still. Even just a few glasses of wine would affect me, more than I think I knew.
Having a clear mind helped me be able to notice all of the small moments that I would have missed otherwise. I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
