Hi, sweet friends. This Sunday Sweet Edit (and every other one) I’m wishing you a wonderful Sunday, whatever your plans may be. I have no plans today, which after a hectic last week, feels so damn good.

I felt like drinking my coffee out of my boob mug this morning, so here are more boob mugs. Ha.

on the podcasts…

So much 90’s nostalgia in this episode and a lot of laughs. I teach Jay about Jen Shah and her plea deal and he talks about Biden’s (latest) gaffe. Also, how are we going to celebrate the Gas Tax holiday?

The One Where We Stick to the 90s Brand New Information

We're changing up the pod (again)! Brand New Information is now your podcast all about the 90s. A podcast for Gen X and by Gen X. Elder millennials are invited too. Today we’ll take you back to the Windows 95 release, where Weezer was hiding in the ‘fun stuff’ folder. Then, we’ll share our adventures in introducing our children to the Jackass franchise. Plus – Your Mom, Monica Lewinsky, and the triumph over the AIDS epidemic. Follow Jay on Instagram & Twitter, and Suzanne on Instagram!

Rethinking Alcohol Through the Lens of Faith with Ericka Andersen The Sober Mom Life

Ericka Andersen devoured every quit lit book she could find in early sobriety, but time and again something was missing for her: faith. Faith and religion is deeply central to Ericka’s life, and so she set out to write the book that she needed when she got sober. Today Ericka tells us all about her book – Freely Sober: Rethinking Alcohol Through the Lens of Faith. Ericka wrote this book to serve as a support for anyone who is seeking to find faith-based or spiritual meaning in their sober journey. Learn more about Ericka and her work at https://erickaandersen.com/Community makes all the difference. one last thing…

A graphic that says, "I like who I'm becoming a lot."

As women, I think we tend to feel uncomfortable signing our own praises and being able to say that we’re proud of who we are and who we’re becoming.

Let’s flip the script.

I’m proud of who I’m becoming. I like her. She’s worked hard to get where she is today. She’s gone through a hell of a lot and has come out stronger and kinder.

Take some time to think of how far you’ve come. I’m proud of you, too.
