Happy Sunday Sweet Edit, sweet friends! We’re officially on spring break, which means we’re throwing away our alarm clocks for THE ENTIRE WEEK. I mean, I’ll still wake up before the sun, but that’s just how I roll.

Coffee cheers to a wonderful week!

on the podcasts…

I talk about why we all fell in love with Sophia Coppola’s daughter, Romy Mars, last week and Jay and I play around with ChatGPT. Oh, and I stump it with my first question.

The One With OJ Simpson and Dead Duck Day Brand New Information

Today Jay and Suzanne commemorate two infamous 1990s events – OJ Simpson’s Ford Bronco slow speed police chase and… Dead Duck Day? Plus, on this week’s Fibronostalgia – Did you know you could break a Hypercolor shirt? Jay and Suzanne know, because they did! And Suzanne’s fibronostalgia breaks the fourth wall to examine the meaning that nostalgia has in our lives. Follow Jay on Instagram & Twitter, and Suzanne on Instagram!

The Sober Summer Series: Your First Sober Concert The Sober Mom Life

As we enter the summer concert season (at least here in the midwest) I want you to know: nothing beats a sober concert. They are the best. Seriously, you owe it to yourself to experience a concert without alcohol, especially if an artist you love is performing. The truth is you’re never fully present when alcohol is involved. The music flies by while you’re thinking about your next drink, or thinking through your moderation rules, or finding yourself standing in the bathroom line as your favorite artist plays your favorite song (trust me, that is the worst!) Sobriety will give you the opportunity to fully experience the concert without anything in the way. There’s nothing better. Tell me about your first concert (and your first sober concert, if you’ve had one) in the comments on my sober concert Substack post. Check out my Substack here! Community makes all the difference. Join The Sober Mom Life Cafe for 6+ Peer Support meetings each week and a private Facebook group to connect with sober and sober-curious women. Sign up for our next ‘Fresh 30’ and ‘Beyond 30’ cohorts. Suzanne wearing a fleece jacket and Ugg hiking boots

I won’t stop sharing my new fleece jacket and Ugg hiking boots. They’re just too good.

Suzanne wearing a fanny pack and Pistola star sweater

Who knew a fanny pack could be so chic? This tan rattan Clare V. Grande Fanny pack is perfect for spring and summer.

Also, my Pistola star sweater is back this year in a new color! I wear it ALL the time. It’s oversized, but not too big, and 100% cotton so it’s not itchy. I’m wearing XS.
