THE CHARITY
I’m going old school with this week’s charity. We’ve had a growing mound of items to donate – clothes, shoes, toys, home decor, etc – and my go-to donation places haven’t been accepting donations.
Good news! If you’re local – The (new-ish) Goodwill in Glenview across the street from Target is accepting donations. Yesterday, I loaded up the car (with kids and donations) and took a little trip.
It was SO easy and safe. I pulled up to the DONATIONS area on the side of the building. A guy came out with a bin and we unloaded my trunk. He gave me a receipt, and off we went.
We’ll be making monthly trips to donate.
FALL STEMS
I have vases with various fall stems scattered throughout our home. It’s such an easy way to bring some fall inside. I was able to link most of the stems I’ve used. Some of them I found at Chalet nursery in Wilmette and HomeGoods, so I linked similar.
TARGET BOOTIES
I fell down the Target rabbit hole yesterday and was so impressed by their fall booties. These look almost exactly like boots in my closet from Nordstrom…
THE AMAZON HOME FIND
Another rabbit hole. (Yes, I spend a lot of time looking for good deals and finds to share with you guys.) Amazon has SO many quality throw pillows for such great prices. Here are just a few of my favorites…
